Withdrawal Procedures
FXCM
Operations staff is on-hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via phone,
email, and live chat. Withdrawal Requests are processed within one
business day of receipt.
Instructions for Withdrawing Funds
To withdraw funds from an existing account, please complete and
fax the withdrawal form to FXCM: +1 877 229 0004 (US) or +1-212-897-7669
(International).
Withdrawal Form
Note: There is no fee for withdrawal requests via check. Withdrawal
requests via wire transfer will incur a $25 fee for wires within the
United States, and $40 for international wires (including Canada).
Withdrawal requests via credit card will incur a $5 administrative fee.
It is strongly encouraged for clients outside the US to request payment
via wire transfer only to ensure timely receipt.
Please indicate your eight digit ID# on all wires, checks, withdrawal
requests, and any correspondence to help avoid errors and to expedite
processing.
You must maintain a minimum balance of US $100 in 100k accounts and US
$50 in mini accounts in order to maintain live account status.
Withdrawals resulting in a balance less than the minimum requirement
will result in the full balance being sent out and the account will be
closed. Closed accounts will be archived after a given period of time.
